Our Services

We provide floor plans, elevation design, interior design, 3D designs, renovation, and site supervision.
Every project is custom-made as per your needs.

Payments

Work starts only after we receive the advance payment.
Payments must be made on time, as per the agreed schedule.
If you ask for extra work or big changes, there may be additional charges.

No Refund Policy

We have a NO REFUND policy.
Once you make any payment (advance, part, or full), it cannot be refunded.
Please make sure you are clear about your project before confirming.

Timelines

We try our best to finish projects on time.
Delays may happen if:

You do not give required details or approvals on time.
You change the design after work has started.
There are site issues, weather problems, or government approvals needed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by such reasons.

Client’s Role

You must give us correct information about your property.
You need to approve plans and drawings quickly so work does not stop.
Getting legal permissions, construction approvals, or property documents is your responsibility, not ours.

Designs & Rights

All designs, drawings, and 3D views are our property until you make the full payment.
After full payment, you can use the designs for your project.
Designs cannot be resold, copied, or used for other projects without our permission.

Site Supervision (if taken)

If you take our site supervision service, our team will visit and check the site.
Site visits are chargeable separately and are not included in the basic design cost.
We will guide and check the work as per the design.
But we are not responsible for poor quality work, wrong materials, or delays caused by your contractor.

Changes

Small changes are allowed during design.
Big changes after final approval may need extra payment and extra time .

Our Responsibility

We always try to give the best service
SBut we are not responsible for:

Mistakes made by third-party contractors
Misuse or changes made to our designs without our approval.
Delays caused by things outside our control.
Any financial or indirect loss related to the project.

Stopping Services

We may stop services if:

Payments are not made on time.
False details are given.
Our terms are broken.

Law & Disputes

These terms follow the laws of India.
Any dispute will be handled in the Indore court.
